Orcs
Orcs are the halfling race created between The Korcks and any other race with a lower progenitor gene. Interestingly Korcks have the highest progenitor out of every known mortal race, this effectively means that Orcs can have the abilities/defects of all known races, which could only serve The Korck Empire in their favour.
Information:
Orcs were first documented only a few months after The Unity Council began taking in Korck refugees that wished to flee The Korck Empire for one reason or another, unfortunately the first encounters with “Orcs” was a beautiful or cute event with new-born children, instead it was of broken bones, limbs being torn off and even deaths as like their progenitor race Orcs are born ready to fight. While being allowed to live with their parents all newly born Orcs were to be monitored, studied and documented as they were effectively a new lifeform, this was the opposite for Orcs that were born within The Korck Empire as they were either inducted into the empire and taught to ways of a Korck, or they would become slave to serve the empire in anyway it saw fit to use them. Interestingly unlike most other races that treat their halfling relatives like dirt, The Korck Empire fully welcomes Orcs as if they were pure blood Korck with numerous Orcs have managed to obtain high ranking positions like hands of The Overking, it isn’t really known why they do this however as one Korck commander put it; “It is better to have a hound loyal to you, then snarling at your feet”.
In terms of appearance, Orcs are typically green skinned bipeds that can reach anywhere from 5ft to 25ft tall depending on their other parent’s race, however a constant is their “Teef-Tusks” as no Orc has been born without them. For the most part their bodies resemble that of a Korck with mostly green skin and a high amount of muscle, however their internal structure is mainly dictator by their other parent’s race with some having 2 hearts, 3 lungs, acidic spinal fluid, organic metal skeletons, gills, and so on. The most “common orc combination” is a tie between 2; the first is Korck + Ta-Og as after seeing The Mark of Blood curse in action during wars within The Untamed Sector The Korck Empire realised they could used bezerkers like that in their empire, so they decided to kidnap numerous small Ta-Og clans all over the galaxy and keep them lock up as their “Brood Engines” so they could produce more and more bezerkers to be treated as nothing but mindless weapons; The second is Korcks + Bogons due to the latter’s high galactic attunement, while only half is potency to The Korcks this would be a massive advantage as only a 1 in a 10,000 of them are magically gifted to the point of The Magnifaye Kingdom being the smallest out of entire empire.
In the modern age, Orcs are widely accepted both in united space with either the other parent race or both parents raising their children together as well as The Kock Empire raising their Orcs to serve the empire that may one day rule the galaxy.
