The Kalines
The Kalines are a race of "furry menaces" that are as crafty as they are intelligent, and while their intelligence is beyond that of The Wievens and even The Timisha, the thing that many have found strange is the way The Kalines choice to utilise their grand intelligence.

Unlike most dream races that are often incomprehensively powerful, defy the laws of our universe or are just down right strange, The Kalines are simply a vastly intelligent race that have managed to create a mighty empire that, for the most part, goes unnoticed by the other dreams races and beings. Interestingly in the large majority of Kaline cities they actually utilise some form of science evident by the presences of electrically charged street lights, motor vehicles, methods of sharing data as well as various other “strangely interestingly inventions” however no mind outside of The Kalines understand how any of their creations work. Additionally Kalines possess a vague understanding and even have a library within one of their cities dedicated to magic, however they have very little interest in this force as they and I quote; claim “magic tastes bitter and burns when it is used, but it still has it’s uses”.
In terms of appearance, The Kalines are furry bipedals that can stand anywhere from 5ft to 8ft tall and have similar combined traits of both cats and hounds. Their skin is none existent as their hair and “skin” is simply combined into somekind of furry armour, interestingly a Kalines fur is extremely durable often able to resist blades, gun fire and even laser beams, in addition if the fur is cut/shaved off it will immediately grow back. They possess a long and very strong tail that A Kaline uses to grip/hang from various surfaces, and they also have sharp claws and sticky palms that gives them an “unfair” advantage in regards to traversing various environments. Another of a Kalines most famous traits is their face; first off they possess massive canines that appear similar to various sabertoothed animals, second they have 2 sets of eyes, the first set is their “flesh eyes” which allows a Kaline to see what’s in front of them, and the second set is their “spirit eyes” which allows a Kaline to see what something really is, the third and final trait is their ears which denote a Kaline’s emotional state with them pointing up for happy/content and down for sad/mournful.
In the modern age The Kalines are an extremely rare sight within the galaxy, however after their aid during “The War of Shattering Dreams” many have been seen traveling and even inhabiting the galaxy.
