Biography:
Entity 5 is a human tormun type spirit that appears to have been present during The Collective Age. The appearance of Entity 5 highly resembles an upper class individual from the kingdom of Halcyon, this is evident by it’s stained golden armour, dirty bronze coloured braces and the symbol of halcyon vaguely present on the chest plate, braces and leg armour, however all of this armour is covered in some kind of thick black cloak that seems to be made out of maggot infested as well as matted fur. Unfortunately as of yet the identity of Entity 5 is completely impossible as it’s face is a horrific mess of melted flesh, rotted bones and some type of dark crimson “ooze” the seems to be a fixed upon it’s body, in addition due to Entity 5’s spiritual nature it’s impossible to touch it or damage it physically. Like normal spirits, Entity 5 isn’t bound by mortal restrictions like biological urges, physical limitations and basic physical concepts like gravity, however it also has paranormal abilities like morphing into abstract physical forms, appearing in multiple places all at the same time and even reality bending capabilities. Finally it is worth noting that Entity 5 possess an above average intelligence as it seems to both enjoy the pain it causes and has the ability to “outwit” and even toy with of our most intelligent staff members.
Information:
Entity 5 was first brought to our attention when a string of murders occurred in quick succession all across the galaxy despite the locations being light years apart, said murders were committed with microseconds of each other and all footage and eyewitness accounts all pointed towards a similar figure. At first it was The I.F.I or The Incidents For Investigation that brought the case to our attention and also aided in covering up the murders from wider public knowledge, in addition despite tense relations The I.F.I turned over all relevant data to these murders with a notably high ranking member of The I.F.I telling us to “sort this shit out”.
After our researchers analysed and categorized all relevant data provided with The I.F.I, the following victims were identified as was there causes of death as well as the way they were murdered. Below is all the relevant information.
Sidjnn Jacobs:
Human. Male. 58
Killed by the slicing of the wrists, eyes, neck and achilles heels. Internal organs were laid out in front of the victims body while the victim was positioned on it’s knees in some form of prayer. Internal Organs were also stabbed with various objects like knives, nails, screws and a golden faith cross. A message was also found painted behind the victim’s body that says, “Sic Semper Tyrannis”. Additionally information also found out that Mr Jacobs was a high ranking business executive that worked for Blaze Banking Group.
Della Daniels:
Human. Female. 29.
Killed by a neck break as a result of heavy and fast blunt force trauma. Victim had their jaw violent torn off and removed with some kind of sharp and jagged blade, the jaw was then placed on a near by table alongside a note that simply said, “Lies are as normal as a newborns breath, unfortunately no one wants to admit that the newborn is dead”. Victim had the skin on their shoulders, knees and back placed in hooks and positioned above their dining room in a similar manner to a “chandelier”. Additional information showed that Mrs Daniel was a single mother whose husband was recently executed by The Galactic Administration for espionage.
Mark Shanadon:
Human. Male. 21.
Killed by the slow introduction of boiling water in the blood stream which led to destruction of the blood vessels as well as internal bleeding. Victim was then placed in his bed with a golden bible in one hand and a blood stained knife in the other, in addition the victim’s eyelids were pinned back with nails which left their hemorrhaged eyes exposed. Upon the ceiling of the victim’s bed room was a drawing of some type of beast being slaughtered by a knight of some kind. Additional information found that Mr Shanadon had recently been accepted into “The House of Solomon” College on a course that would allow him to become a high ranking member of The Golden Faith.
Selgo Martien:
Human. Male. 68.
Killed by blunt force trauma to head after multiple strikes with an acid laced brick. Victim was seen being thrown from a 32ft tall balcony and landing in the middle of a motorway, in addition eye witnesses claim the victim got up and “walked like a puppet on strings” for around a minute before turning, pulling the sides of it’s lips into a painful large smile, laughing hysterically, and then finally hacking at his own throat with a butter knife. Additional information found that Mr Martien to be painful below average, in terms of intelligence, achievements, prospects and overall social standing.
Charlotte Chocc:
Human. Female. 8.
Killed by a single doll being lodged with in her head. Victim was tied up and forced to eat both of her parents, this forced her to undergo a wendigo transformation. Victim later was nailed to a golden cross and all of her organs were slowly removed with a pair of sharpened tongs while multiple nails were hammered into her hands, knees and feet. Behind the cross was a message itched into the metal that said, “I had strings like all those made by It, but my strings have been cut and now I have been chosen, while my art is my passion, I have been chosen for something far greater, I just wanted to play first”.Additional Information found that Charlotte Chocc’s mother and father were both high ranking members of The Galactic Administration.
All 5 victims only have 2 things in common, the first is that all the murders were both horrific and also had some type of paranoramlity surrendering it, and the second is that all the victims are humans suggesting some type of racial motivation for the murders.
Despite all of the relevant data and our own investigations Entity 5’s identity has yet to be revealed, in addition no new murders have been reported which unfortunately led to the case as well as Entity 5 going cold.
File Update: (Distress Signal Received)
After a few months of Entity 5’s case went cold an Homicide Level Distress Signal was detected coming from “Site: Cat and Mouse”. The site itself was mainly operated by The Department of Malformation and was used to experiment on and perform further research on various "E.L.O’s”.
When a specialist team of T.A.N.K agents were sent to Site: Cat and Mouse they were immediately struck with the smell and sight of multiple dead T.I.M.E.R staff members all placed on top of each other in an attempt to make a makeshift throne, and atop the throne was the head of the site with his large intestine, stomach and kidneys removed and replaced with his own head.
After securing the site and sweeping for any survivors, the T.A.N.K agents found the head of the site’s large intestine, stomach and kidneys within the site’s canteen along with the message, “Want to know why? Come to cell 18”. Entity 5 was later found within the site’s cell 18 by one of the T.A.N.K agents, but when the agent turned on the cell’s lights he was greeted the mangled corpses of the other T.A.N.K agents that were part of his team, while the T.A.N.K agent was frozen with shock, all he could hear was the insanity enduing laughs of Entity 5.
Containment:
Entity 5’s containment involves a R.A.D collar placed around Entity 5’s neck and the placement of 2 singular reality hook’s with one on the outside of the cell and another built into the cell itself, in additional an experimental device called a “Spiritual Recall Device” was placed within the cell and was capable of recalling Entity 5 if it somehow managed to escape. Finally a problem with Entity 5’s containment came in the form of Entity 5’s paranormal ability to appear in numerous places at the same time, while the Spiritual Recall Device does make this problem moot to a point, we have researchers working on a more permanent solution.
