Biography:
Entity 14 is an 11ft tall slender black entity that seems to be entirely composed of chard bone. Entity 14’s head is a horrific mess as it possess no eyes, a large deep scar carved into the shape of an x present where the eyes should be, and a mouth that is composed of multiple razor sharp teeth, in addition Entity 14 possesses a sharp and slimy 6ft long tongue that it uses to capture, kill and torture it’s prey. In terms of the lower body, Entity 14’s hands are mainly made up of 4 sharp metallic claws which are stained with both dried and freshly spilled blood, in addition Entity 14’s possesses hind legs with “misplaced” toes attached to them, these toes also possess the same metallic claws as the claws on Entity 14’s hands. Additionally Entity 14’s body is home to various types of maggots that seem to feed off of it’s flesh, but also seem to repair any damage that is inflicted upon Entity 14, as well as maggots, Entity 14’s body seems to be home to a dark brownish fluid that has both acidic and sweetly properties, this liquid is constantly pouring out of Entity 14’s body however it has been seen increasing and decreasing the rate of which the liquid flows. Interestingly despite it’s extra-galactic origins, it is believed that Entity 14 has a high amount of Psychokinetic Energy that it uses to torture and influence it’s prey, this was seen when Entity 14 convinced a student researcher to consumed the brownish liquid is leaks, the result was the student researcher being melted from the inside out all while Entity 14 stood over him and began laughing.
Information:
Entity 14 was first brought to our attention after an agent embedded within a Peace Keeping Corp reported a “strange case” involving a renowned psychologist and a dead family. The rundown was that the psychologist was found wandering a country road covered head to toe in blood and with his clothes partially torn off, after bringing him to a nearby station the psychologist kept muttering about how he “should have listened to the boy”. After a few days within the Peace Keeper station the mangled and mutilated corpses of the well known “Winnchesterton Family” were found and the psychologist was placed under arrest until further notice. With the seemingly random nature of the murders as well as a word from our embedded agent, it was decided that we would take over investigation into this matter and block any and all information relevant to the case being leak out to the public. Following is the account written as the psychologist described.
It started off with the psychologist being contacted by Uriel Winnchesterton, the father about his son Franklin Winnchesterton, at first the father displayed a mild worry about his son and describes his son as “wired differently then the rest” and talks about his sons lack of emotion, social skills and general obsessiveness. At first the psychologist brings the possibility that the young boy is simply autistic, but then the conversation turns towards the sons imaginary friend whom the father calls “Mr Peek A Boo” and how he has caught his son numerous times preying and mouthing unholy words during the dead of night. As a stanch follower of The Golden Faith Uriel was understandable shaken and fearful that his son’s “condition” may be related to Chaos in some way, dismissive yet empathetic about Uriel’s situation, the psychologist agrees to meet with the son the very next day.
The next day came around quick and as promise the psychologist drove up to Winnchesterton Manor to speak and try and heal Franklin, but in the psychologist’s own words; “I was terrified, I had no rhyme nor reason to be, it was the manor, Something was off about it, something that was there was somehow wrong, like something had torn the fabric of reality right where the manor stood”. After making his way into the manor and meeting with Uriel and his wife Alaine, the psychologist was soon face to face with Franklin whom he describes as a “tired old spirit trapped within a 8 year old body”, in the psychologists own words; “the boy seemed broken, malnourished as if he hadn’t slept or eaten in months, the bags under his eyes were heavier then a star, his body seemed damaged, broken”. Sitting down with Franklin the psychologist introduced himself, to which Franklin responded that he knew who he was because Mr Peek A Boo told him that someone would try to help, when the psychologist questioned this Franklin said and I quoted; “Nobody can help me, his claws are around my neck and he’s never letting me go”. Trying to calm Franklin down he placed his hands around his neck and assured him that nothing was there, the psychologist continued by explaining to Franklin that they can help him but they need to examine him to see what the problem is, Franklin then briefly chuckled in a deep voice and simply said; “Nobody can help, if you try to help me then he’ll kill my mom and dad” while holding back tears, suddenly Franklin began to vomit blood while also under going a cardiac arrest forcing the psychologist to call for a ambulance and accompany him to a hospital. Interesting the psychologist notes 2 things while recounting this part of the story; the first one is that despite the son’s heavily damaged state he still attempted to keep the ambulance crew as well the the psychologist from taking him to a hospital, and the second is that upon the hand with which he used to touch the son’s neck was a large but barely noticeable scar that had not been there before.
After accompanying Franklin to the hospital he continued to sit with him until his condition grew worse, however Franklin awoke miraculously for but a brief time, while the psychologist was quick to reassure him that he would receive the best care in the galaxy the psychologist’s voice was quickly silenced by Franklin saying; “You have doomed my loved ones, because of your actions the wretched thing that has it’s hold over me will now slaughter and kill them, I hope you never forgive yourself for what you have done to me, may you rot in the deepest pit”. As soon as Franklin had finished speaking he began bleed from every hole in his body, unfortunately despite the finest medical aid, Franklin Winnchesterton soon died.
As the psychologist drove back towards Winnchesterton Manor to update the parents and the death of their son, the psychologist found the manor producing some kind of starry shadowy smoke. Moving towards the manor he soon discover the countless number of bodies, everything from maids to butlers to pets had been massacre with their body parts being ruthlessly ripped, hacked or chewed off. Continuing to move through the manor he eventually found the mutilated and naked bodies of Uriel and Alaine, as he attempted to investigate further he was met with a violent and painful metallic slash that cut open the large majority of his back and ripped the majority of his clothes, not even stopping to look at what had attacked him the psychologist ran towards the manor’s front door, before he could pass through the doors however the backs of his legs were cut clean off and his was dragged deep within the manor and later killed by Entity 14.
After hearing this end to the story the agent conducting the interview looked up in confusion, what greeted him was the hunched body of the psychologist who had a brain twisting grin upon his face, before the undercover agents could even call for help he was ruthlessly slaughtered and mutilated by Entity 14. While Entity 14 was eventually defeated and capture, it wasn’t without numerous causalities both internal and civilian.
Containment:
Entity 14’s containment while only consisting of a heavily armoured cell laced with acid resistant metal, 3 laser turrets and a constant rotation of 4 T.A.N.K agents, is extremely tiresome as Entity 14 keeps using it’s high amount of P.E to constantly torment T.I.M.E.R staff. Below are numerous T.I.M.E.R staff and how they were affected by Entity 14.
Student Researcher Valdin Horus- was convinced to take a knife from the site’s canteen and slowly slice open all of his veins. While he managed to stabilize and treat him, unfortunately Valdin suffered a brain haemorrhage which forced us to give him a standard level Brainwipe and house him in an assisted living facility.
T.A.N.K Lieutenant Luke Shimmer- was convinced that a containment breach was in progress and quickly began killing E.L.O’s and trying to lock all of the cells. Instead Luke was killing numerous T.I.M.E.R staff members and releasing E.L.O’s, when he found out the truth about what he had done he promptly shot himself in the head dying instantly.
Head Researcher Alice Markkus- was convinced she was infected with some type of paranormal parasite by The Founders in relation to some experiment, Alice locked herself within the sites medical wing and tried to cut the parasite out using a ultra-sound machine, a scalpel and a saw. Unfortunately the self mutilation was too much for her, but before she died she looked at the ultra-sound and saw that she had in fact dismembered her unborn child.
Opts Researcher Obin Taginport- wasn’t directly affected by Entity 14, instead one night when coming home to his family he was met with the dead corpse of his 7 year old daughter who had committed suicide by using her nails to claw at her own wrists. Additionally there was a suicide note left by the corpse that said “Much Love, Mr Peek A Boo”.
After numerous of the above and other anonymous staff members have come forward with their own stories about Entity 14, a request to have Entity 14 terminated has been sent off and signed by nearly 100,000 staff members. The request as of the writing of this document is still pending for review.
