The Watcher of Worlds
The Watchers of Worlds are a collection of specially trained, uniquely gifted and otherwise terrific individuals who have dedicated themselves to the protection of the innocent after the "protectors of the galaxy" failed to heed their warnings about the return of DarkKhan.
Information:
The Watchers of Worlds were formed in the late Unity Age due to the looming threat of DarkKhan’s return, who is an Untold God and was once a powerful weapon utilised by Akovire, God of Gods. One of teams founding members known as “Wolfman” learned of this Untold Gods possible return and tried to warn The Bellators, The Unity Council and The Sennu, the two latter factions simply ignored the warnings as they believed DarkKhan to be dead, while the former offered up insults and past mistakes as validation for dismissing Wolfman’s claims, with no other choice Wolfman spend the next few weeks trying to assemble a team of individuals who he believed could help him stop this threat. To the surprise of many Wolfman’s claims were proven right, unfortunately it was too late as worshippers of DarkKhan with Fulcrum eliminated security and allowed DarkKhan to enter Fulcrum sending the entire place into a panic as death rained from the skies above, fortunately The Watchers of Worlds were able to infiltrate Fulcrum, save The Unity Council and drive DarkKhan and his arm back into the far reaches of The Dark Realm.
In terms of structure, The Watchers of Worlds don’t have much in the way of ranks and titles as they believe in each person acting in accordance to their own beliefs so long as they don’t kill their enemies or harm the innocent, however there are “Key Watchers” that hold a lot of sway within the faction and these individuals are usually the ones to take command during times of crisis. That being said the faction works as a democracy as each member is valued, whether it be recruitment, design or matters of great importance, it is a staple of The Watchers that each member be allowed to vote and have their say until they aren’t a member, while this is good for the most part it has also created some problems in which simply disagreements lead to members leaving or fights between friends.
It is important to mention that after they defeated DarkKhan and stopped his invasion, The Unity Council and The Watchers of Worlds held a meeting in which The Unity Council expressed their gratitude for saving them and both factions formed a deal in which The Watchers would operate outside of The Unity Council’s influence as “failsafe” in case anything like this was to happen again, but The Watchers of Worlds were not above the law and any criminals they capture, artifacts they find or villains they defeat are to be handed over and held in Unity Council custody. While this deal would allow The Watchers to operate freely and protect the those who The Unity Council, Sennu and Bellators couldn’t, it wouldn’t last long as during “The Faction War” The Unity Council would threaten The Watchers to either join them in the war or become their enemies which led to the heart breaking “War of The Watchers”.
Different Watchers of Worlds Members:
1. Wolfman- is one of the founding members of The Watcher of Worlds as was actually the one who brought the team together after learning of DarkKhan's return. Currently the identity of Wolfman is not known by the public, however it is known that he was once a Bellator serving under Captain Luptin Four's "War Hammer" team, but he was discharged after he accidently shot and killed a mother in front of her young son. For time the man who would be known as Wolfman would live a life of self imposed exile as a scrapper upon the planet of "Camarris", where we would allow the days to roll on by while indulging in alcohol and other substances to numb his pain, that was until large infestation of Ghouls began attacking his colleagues and he suited up in his old sentinel and managed to exterminate the vile beasts saving his colleagues in the process although he wouldn't reveal his identity. From that moment forward Wolfman was born, whether it was dealing with deadly beasts, criminals or sadistic madmen, Camarris could rest easy knowing that they had a protector looking out for them.
2. Champion 4- is one of the founding members of The Watchers of Worlds and is currently one of the most powerful members of the faction. Even as a boy Champion 4 had a strong sense of heroism and at the age of 15 he used his godhood to fight crime as a mask vigilante, but even with his fathers intervention he still managed to save quite a few people, this propelled to hone and train his Godhood and put it in the service of the galaxy, something that served to anger and disappoint his father Champion 3, God of Power. It was around his mid 20's that Champion4's life would change, Champion 3 had staged a coup of The Redeemed Pantheon in an attempt to gain control of the faction and reinstate The Gods as a galactic power just like in the Pantheonic Age, with many gods wither wound, turn traitor or worse, Champion 4 was the only hope of stopping his father, and while he did stop his father, it came at the cost of his father's death. Similar to Wolfman he would be in a self imposed exile, with only the threat of innocence dying able to pull him out of it.
