The Shebracs
The Shebracs are most commonly viewed as ruthlessly cunning warriors that will happily stab a friend in the back for their own self interest, this had led to the widely popular saying “As slippery as a Shebrac”.
Information:
The galaxy was first introduced to The Shebracs during The Pantheonic Age after it was rumored that an ancient dragon refuge was located on their homeworld of “Dubrov”. When the might of The Pantheon arrived on Dubrov instead of protecting The Ancient Dragons that had trusted them, “The Sovereignty of Queens” decided to reveal their location and even aided The Pantheon in the slaughter, as a result The Sovereignty of Queens gained Te Pantheon’s, but most importantly, Akovire’s trust. After The Ancient Dragons were slain or fled, Akovire extended his thanks to The Sovereignty of Queens and offered The Shebracs a prominent role within his Pantheon, whether it was tactical, cunning or just done out of sheer terror, The Sovereignty of Queens accepted Akovire’s offer and were introduced to the wider galactic community. Additionally with Akovire’s marriage to one “Queen Auroravale”, The Shebracs as a race became much more pronounced across the galaxy and were extremely loyal to Akovire as well as The Pantheon as a whole.
In terms of appearance, The Shebracs are unipedals that often stand as tall as 7ft. Much of their body much like that of a snake with them having scaly skin which they shed off twice a year, a long as well as thick tail that allows the top half of their body to stand straight, a long tongue and a head that heavily resembles a snake’s head, in addition like snakes, normal Shebracs can lay eggs, however 25% of the race possess a mutation that allows them to give birth to their young. Unlike their serpent counterparts, Shebracs possess a pair of 4 fingered hands which they can use to grip and pick up objects, in addition their internal structure appears to be very similar to that of Humans, Ta-Ogs and almost nothing like a snakes. Finally all Shebracs possess an organ behind their “nose” called a “Whisperer”, this organ on command can release a series of pheromones that give off a variety of effects such as fear, worry, joy and even wild sexual desire, it is also worth noting that humans and only humans are immune to these pheromones.
In the modern age, The Shebracs are a mighty and powerful race that was one of the founding members of The Unity Council, however their cunning reputation can’t seem to be wipe away and they are still widely distrusted across the galaxy in a similar way to The Timisha.
