The Administration Guard
The Administration Guard were a massive collection of completely dangerous, powerful and tormented soldiers that served The Galactic Administration with almost religious reverence, in their name these guards captured planets, topple empires and bring countless other races to extinction.
Information:
The Creation of The Administration Guards began during The Pantheonic Age as the newly founded Galactic Administration alongside The God Hunters stormed the gates of Akovire’s castle during “The Day The Sun’s Sang and The Future Howled”, during this time instead of being soldiers that existed only to serve the will of The Administration, those who were inducted into the early Administration did so voluntarily in the hopes of fighting for a better future for both them and those they loved. Eventually after the brutal death of The Godfather and later the mass slaughter of The God Hunters during “The Great Betrayal”, a new and more violent breed of Administration Guard would be released upon the galaxy with their only goal being to serve the will of The Administration, this left the first generation of Administration Guards with a difficult choice, would they stand up for what they believed and have their bodies and spirit defiled in ways no sane mind could truly understand? or would bathe in the blood of galactic innocence all in the name of some grand goal they will never truly understand?
In terms of structure The Administration Guard is a sub-faction of the grander Galactic Administration, they entire purpose is to serve the will of The Administration by conquering, killing and genociding in their name. At the top of The Administration Guards are the High Generals and Generals; the former is task with overseeing billions upon billions of Administration Guards, battles and conquering of worlds, in addition these are the only Administration Guards who are allowed direct contact with their Directors, the latter is task with organising the billions of Administration Guards as well as being present during major battles planet-side or otherwise. Next their are High Commanders and Commanders; the former reports directly to their General during battles and often remain in fortresses while they sent their Guards to die for their cause, in addition they alongside General and High General draw up plans and tactics for the missions they are assigned, the latter is the one who leads groups of Administration Guards into battle as they complete whatever mission they have been sent on. Finally their are Lieutenants who are simply Administration Guards who have proven their loyalty to and their determination to fight for The Administration, while a Guard must do something rather impressive to achieve this rank, the rank itself comes with no additional responsibilities, but lieutenants are treated a lot better by their peers then the average Administration Guard.
As The Administration Age progressed from century to century The Administration Guards would become progressively more unhinged and violent towards the galactic public. At first The Administration Guard were soldiers who fought for freedom, next they were violent soldiers born of harsh training and indoctrination, then they were test subjects for the various “Doctors of The Administration”, and finally they were the only thing the galactic public feared, if you stepped on foot out of line, if you so much as blinked the wrong way, The Administration Guards would unleash their tormented wrath so hard that it would be impossible to identify what you were in life.
Different Types of Administration Guards:
1. The Exterminators- are those first generation Administration Guards that decided to fight for what they believed in and unfortunately they paid dearly for that mistake. In terms of appearance, Exterminators are 15ft tall bipedal automatons equipped with numerous weapons like miniguns, chainsaws, laser cannons, mini nukes and even blade cannons just to name a few, their body is a weapon of mass destruction with the design made to deliberately strike fear into the hearts of those who see it for the last time, with their glowing red eyes, constant chattering teeth and deep mechanical voices Exterminators are the ideal Administration Guards. Fortunately The Galactic Administration barely use Exterminators due to their overwhelming power and savage brutality as they are better destroying then conquering, however it was said that during "The Administrative Crusades" that each dictator fleet held a single Exterminator to be used only in emergency situations.
2. The Old Guards- are those first generation Administration Guards who compromised their oaths, turned their back on those they fought for and join in The Administrations Bloodshed. In terms of appearance, The Old Guards were members of various different races with old sentinels each laced with scars, bullets holds and other forms of damaged, once they had done their part in slaying Gods, God Hunters and their fellow first generation Guards, these Old Guards were given another chance by being injected with serums that would make them younger, stronger and faster then they ever were before, the only catch was that they were to kill those who mattered most to them and swear a new oath to serve the will of The Administration. I can't tell you why some of these Old Guards who once fought for freedom decided to give in and swear an eternal oath to ideal they once swore to vanquish, all I can tell you is that someone must have been playing a very dangerous game and somehow won.
3. Grids- are Administration Guards who have forcibly been fitted with numerous cybernetic implants and augmentations with the true number of these not even known. In terms of appearance, Grids come in various shapes and sizes as no race is left out of The Administration's mad quest for power and knowledge, their bodies are highly durable and the entire point of a Grid is that due to it's numerous cybernetic "enhancements" it should be able to easily adapt and overcome any barrier that is put in front of it; for example during an expedition into Hal it was note a Grid was thrown into "The Lake of Fire" and began to melt, but it managed to overcome this by changing it's internal systems so that it could absorb the Halfire and convert into a deadly energy source surviving with only minor injuries. One of the saddest things about The Grids is that they still possessed their mortal brains within their metal bodies and this meant 2 things; the first was that The Administration had to connect the various cybernetics to the subjects brain so they could control it, this meant Grids could feel the pain of all their cybernetics but were helpless to do anything about it, and the second was occasionally a Grid would become lucid and their memories would come flooding back to them which result in them being "restarted" or out right destroyed.
4. The God-Butcherers- are Administration Guards that have been forcibly bound to powered cybernetic husk piloted by an advanced A.I program. In terms of appearance, God-Butcherers look similar to their victims race apart from the addition of multiple cybernetics, advanced weapons and a power core located within their chest, they are much stronger then the average Administration Guards as they are capable of tearing even the most skilled and powered up Gods, although it isn't know how God-Butcherers are as powerful and durable as they are. These Administration Guards were constructed in secret during "The God Hunts" and were released into the galaxy during "The Great Betrayal" as they fought alongside The Exterminators and The Old Guards to kill off both The Gods and their once faithful allies The God Hunters.
