Oogoos

Oogoos are the halfling race created between The Bogons and The Zorblokcs. As a race they are known for their unique utilisation of magic, their use of technological weaponry and their wide departure from their progenitor races

Information:

Oogoos are unlike their parent races, they do not possess wealth or criminality of The Bogons, nor do they possess the tribalistic magical outlook of The Zorblokcs, instead Oogoos are obsessed with magic and science as well as the relationship between them as seen in their ship designs, weapons and even their societal structure with members being allocated based on their skills in both magic and science. Additionally there is another way that Oogoos differ from their parent races with that being their absent of emotions, now this isn’t to say that Oogoos are unfeeling monsters as they convey emotions usually through hormones and changes in eye colour, but when they speak they do so in a bland and generic way which makes it difficult for other races to read Oogoos and their emotional state, to curve this problem most Oogoos outright say how they are feeling at the start of a sentence; for example “Pleased, I am happy to see you”, “Confused, Can you explain more?” and “Sad I really miss my mother”.

In terms of appearance, Oogoos stand at around 15ft tall and are quadrupedal. Their skin is a combination of The Bogon’s slimy moist skin and The Zorblokcs shell skin with the result being a hardened shell that is covered in a thin layer of slime that keeps the skin moist and hydrated. Despite them being quadrupedal Oogoos actually possess 6 different limbs; the first set are the arms that highly resemble the claws of a Zorblokc which are used from grabbing, swiping and even attacking enemies, the second set are the legs at the back which give an Oogoo the ability to jump great heights, and the third and final set are a pair of slimy tentacled pinchers located on the chest, these are primarily used for access computers, carrying certain things and even used to formally greet individuals.

Due to their radical differences separating them from their parent races, in the early unity age Oogoos applied for their races independence under “The Racial Independence Act” which would allow them to claim a homeworld, form their own society and finally be recognised as their own race, this application was accepted and many speculate that in the next few decades The Oogoos will become a proud member of The Unity Council.
