Tengrons

Tengrons are the halfling race created between The Tiggans and The Drakes. As a race, The Tengrons are animalistic yet intelligent and they are so detached from their parent races that both are ashamed of their existence

Information:

The first documented encounter with Tengrons was in The Afterlife Age, however they were actually created within the final years of The Administration Age and were used to guard research facilities, underground bases and various breeding camps, but they weren’t Administration Guards instead being used by them as guard dogs with electronic collars fitted to their feet, hands and neck to keep them “under control”.

Dubbed “RipperClaws” by the various survivors that inhabited “The New State”, these beasts were capable of killing an enraged Ta-Og, butchering a dozen angels without breaking a sweat and striking fear into even the most powerful of Hereafters, interestingly compared to various other beasts these RipperClaws could often be seen setting traps, utilising technology and even commanding magic, this proved that while these beasts were animalistically savage they also possess a degree of intelligence way beyond many beasts. There was one specific tale told around settlements within the new state called simply “A Mother’s Oath”; the story itself is about a Tengron mother who is left for dead while “Devils of Industry” took her children from her, over the course of the story it is said she “descended” down The New State in search of her children through scent only, she swam through miles of dead oceans, she climbed tallest of mountains and fought a large number of beasts, when she finally got to her children they had been molded into Devils of Industry and she cried, she cried and roared so loud that every single Tengron heard her and joined her in fighting those who killed her children; While the story itself was only meant to scar children and communicate how loyal Ripperclaw mothers were over their eggs, if the story were presumed true it would explain why during The Afterlife Age both Devils of Industry and RipperClaws were very hostile towards each other.

In terms of appearance, Tengrons are 13ft tall bipedal reptilians with a thin layer of patterned fur, but surprising no wings from their drake side. They have long snouted heads that are accompanied by a row of sharpened dagger-like teeth and a throat that is able to produce a roar that can startle even the most battled hardened Bellator, in addition their head and most of their back possess long needle-like spikes which erect as a defensive mechanism, when a Tengron feels threatened or if they need to use them as a weapon. Interestingly unlike either of their parent races, Tengrons possess no eyes and instead see the world around them through a combination of echolocation and their incredible sense of smell with the former being utilise with the aid of their magnificent roar and the latter giving them the title of “The Second Greatest Trackers in The Galaxy” as they can smell across entire planets.

Although Tengrons may appear as mindless and savage beast as we have mentioned above they do appear to possess intelligence just below/on par with most mortals, this has been seen over the course of the modern age as many Tengrons have formed primitive tribes, communicates and clans with some even going so far as to build settlements and form societies with beliefs, rules and a culture of their very own.
