WereToads are an extremely rare type of Therianthrope that allows the afflicted to transform into a monstrously huge toad, unlike most Therianthropes, WereToads are complete beasts as they lack the ability to reason, communication and even use basic weapons like swords or shields, however anything is possible and their have been examples of intelligent WereToads. 

In practice someone afflicted with The WereToad variant of Therianthropy in most cases will be driven insane as they have no control over their actions as a Therianthrope unlike most, due to this insanity anyone suspected of having this variant is often heavily convinced to seek medical or alchemical help. In terms of ability WereToads have to be the strongest Therianthropes as they are almost three times the size of any Werewolf and can easy dominate WereBears with one arm, however due to their lack of intelligence they fail to put their abilities to good use and can be outsmarted by even the dumbest of Mortals.
