The Timisha
The Timisha are a highly advanced yet terrifyingly cold race that operate on pure logic and fact base thinking, despite this however it is widely believed the galaxy would be a much darker place without them.

While many second age races during The Wars of Magic and Science were obsessed with war, conquest and acts of depravity, The Timisha were focused on experimentation, research and getting answers to life’s biggest questions. The Timisha would often create various things that the second age races would use as weapons like Basilisks, Star Harvesters and Life-Sniffers, but The Timisha always had their own motives for doing so. while their true motives aren’t normally revealed, The Timisha’s secretive nature has led to them being widely distrusted and led to the widely popular saying “Most people hide treasures, while most Timisha hide motives”.
In terms of appearance, The Timisha are bipedal cephalopods with heads highly resembling that of an octopus. Their skin is scaly and extremely tough to the point that regular gunpowder bullets will barely crack their skin, this is due to The Timisha’s homeworld of Novic having once been a highly hostile world with destructive “iced” thunderstorms, extreme temperature fluctuations and numerous carnivorous predators. The Timisha possess two arms and two legs which both end with large claw like appendages, and while a Timisha could use these appendages as weapons in the modern age many choose to keep them relatively trimmed.
The Collective Age was a unique time for all as instead of fighting over their differing ways of life, both the second age and first age races had chosen to put aside their differences and run The Collective. At this time The Timisha were extremely vocal about The Collective’s reliance on magic as well as their relationship with The Golden Faith and The Golden Order, in particular The Timisha collector called magic “ideologically nonfactual and dangerously immeasurable” as well as calling those who used it “imbeciles”. When The Dwoverian Takeover was brought to a close and The Collective was reborn, it was The Timisha that would fill The Octush’s shoes after they were brought to extinction. Without The Timisha’s aid in operating and reverse engineering The Octush’s technology it is widely believed galactic advancement would have been stunted by 200 years or more.
Despite their wide spread distrust, The Timisha constructed the large majority of technology that makes space travel possible in the modern age, everything from F.T.L Drives, vacuum shields, plain rippers and so much more was designed and produced by the most distrusted and disliked race in the galaxy.
